We do not sell your personal information. Your data is shared with exactly one contractor — not multiple companies, not a lead list, and not a bidding marketplace.

3. Phone & SMS Communications (TCPA)

By submitting a service request on PlugNFlow and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to be contacted by one licensed contractor in the PlugNFlow network via telephone calls and SMS/text messages regarding your service inquiry. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Your phone number is shared with one contractor only — not multiple businesses. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by contacting us at info@plugnflow.com.

This consent is provided in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and FCC regulations at 47 CFR § 64.1200. Consent is logged at the time of form submission with a timestamp and the full consent language displayed to the user.
